Nicola and husband Alastair moved to their present yard near Northallerton in 2016.
The horses are housed in two spacious barns with wash bay and solarium set in 100 acres of rolling Yorkshire countryside.
The yard has a generous all weather arena, a covered horse walker, a cross country field, and is surrounded by miles of hacking land.
